Given that I only spent one day in Seoul as a layover from Chiang Mai to Lima, some hardcore travelers might say I have yet to really see South Korea. Despite the brevity of my trip, I went into the city, wandered around downtown, and visited some museums, so I think this counts as a legitimate visit. Obviously, there's much more to experience in this vibrant city and country, and the gourmand in me would love to go back simply to feast on my favorite Korean foods and discover some new ones, too!
