#115 ANDORRA

On a recent trip to Spain, we decided to take a side trip to Andorra and tick off another European microstate that had eluded us for so long. However, we were woefully unprepared for the cold and snowy weather, a stark contrast to the warm and sunny Barcelona just a few hours' drive away. Adding to the surprise, Andorra turned out to be a very expensive location, literally pulsating with an apres-ski vibe of young Brits.

Despite these unexpected elements, we were fortunate to have a lovely and spacious apartment in El Tarter with mountain views and a big fireplace. So, we just cozied up for the next few days while the snow continued to envelop the town.
