#93 NICARAGUA

I love Nicaragua! With its beautiful beaches, friendly people, and delicious food, you'd have to be crazy not to! I really wish I'd discovered this great country earlier in my life, but that pretty much goes for all of Central America as well. It has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the world and somewhere I'd like to spend more time as I get older. San Juan del Sur is precisely the kind of place I'd like to come with kids each winter to learn Spanish, play on the beach, and eat lots of fried cheese! And Granada is an idyllic colonial town bursting with color, sounds, and flavors. Seriously, if you haven't been to Nicaragua yet, start planning your next trip soon! OK, enough writing for this blog post; I'll just let my photos do the talking from here on out.

Seriously, look how happy I am waiting for my desayuno nica to arrive for breakfast!
