I visited Bahrain on my 2015 whirlwind tour of the Gulf states, along with
Kuwait,
Qatar, and the
UAE. I had just one week off from work in Kabul to make the most out of these little countries, but it turned out that even 3 nights in the capital city of Manama was more than enough to see the sights and eat some fried fast food junk. One bonus was that I found an Asian supermarket and loaded up on Thai curries and Chinese spices before heading home to
Afghanistan. Other than than, well, please enjoy the few photos I took on this quick trip!
